Melaleuca Village
Snugly located 2-4 Chester Street, Epping, "Melaleuca" is a purpose built series of independent living units. It is close to its sister complex "Kooloora Village", and shares 24/7 emergency care, each unit having its own emergency call button. It is named "Melaleuca" as we planted several melaleuca trees in the front gardens.
A short easy walk takes you into the main shopping centre, which provides most needs. There are plenty of medical services, chemists, libraries, churches, post office nearby. It is a modest walk to Epping Railway station which links to Sydney, and all suburbs, and shortly to Chatswood with the new rail link. There is also also a public bus interchange to Sydney, and many other suburbs and centres.
Medi Aid has a close relationship with the Epping RSL Club, considered by many to be one of the best in Sydney. It is friendly, comfortable, and has many senior members (We can arrange membership for you). It is all brick and tiled building with ramps, paved walkways and external lighting.
